2. RETURN PROCESS:

3. RETURN REASONS AND ASSOCIATED POLICIES:
A) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY REMORSE

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the product’s purchase price excluding original shipping fees.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
