Refund Policy - the basics

1. GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

 

We accept returns for all items purchased from our website within the United States.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and unworn

  • With all original tags and labels attached

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • Jewelry

2. RETURN PROCESS:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@confidenceinchrist.shop with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Our customer support team will provide a return authorization and guide you through each step.

  • Please ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. RETURN REASONS AND ASSOCIATED POLICIES:

A) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY REMORSE

  • If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the product’s purchase price excluding original shipping fees.

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

B) DEFECTIVE ITEM

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • For defective items, we cover the cost of return shipping.

  • After inspection, we will issue either a refund or a replacement, based on availability and your preference.

  • If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping fee when applicable.

4. TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS

  • Client Responsibility (Remorse): Must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • Defective Items: Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product for full support and expedited handling.

5. REFUND PROCESS

  • After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price (minus any original shipping charges).

7. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined in Section 2 and place a new order for the item you want.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

  • We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
